The Punisher enters a drug distribution war between the Kingpin and racketeer Howard Nees. When Kingpin becomes concerned that Nees may overtake his business, he kidnaps Micro in order to blackmail Punisher for his services. Punisher is forced to try and rescue Micro before Kingpin kills him.
