Condition is mostly due to slight dirtiness on the white portions. It may come out with an eraser to remove the dirt. The corners are clean. The book has no issues other than this. I would estimate these to be in the range of VF to VF+ just due to the dirtiness but it could still be rated NM if cleaned and pressed.
