Condition is mostly due to slight dirtiness on the white portions. It may come out with an eraser to remove the dirt. The corners are clean and the cover is clean. It has slight spine curling as well. I would estimate these to be in the range of VF to VF+ plus due to the dirtiness but it could still be rated NM if cleaned and spine curl removed.
