Condition is mostly due to slight dirtiness or stains on the parts of the cover. It looks like splotches on the gold cover. It may come out with an eraser or with a careful cleaning, but no guarantee. The corners are clean. It has slight spine curling as well. I would estimate these to be in the range of VF due to the dirtiness.
