Condition is mostly due to to creases. The front of the cover page has alot of spine creases, a few regular creases, and a crease on the bottom right corner. The back has a bunch of creases as well and is a little dirty. The top of the comic has a little bit of squishes. I would estimate these to be in the range of FN to VF-.
