Condition: The comic has been read. The cover is clean but it has some spine creases and other cover page creases. There is also some spine curling. The cover is slightly off center. The corners are clean but the upper right has a small crease. The inside pages are lightly browning. There is a large crease on the back cover covering almost all the back page. This book still looks great for an older book. I would estimate this to be FN to VF- . It could be graded higher with proper pressing.
